Eagle or Ostrich?

Fox News reports are much too preoccupied with next year’s election. What they do not realize is that the first caucus (scheduled early next year) will become a mute point, should the collapse of the world’s financial system continue to materialize. There is absolutely no reason to believe the total collapse is not near. In the mean time Fox News, and all the other main street media for that matter, continue to report inconsequential nonsense, steering people down the prim rose path of believing the next election will saves us all. At the same time, Zero Hedge, Glen Beck, Jim Rogers, Ann Barnhardt and many others sounding the alarm are all considered to be wackos.

If anyone thinks MF Global is the only major brokerage to be over leveraged in Europe they are soon to be in for a rude awaking.

If anyone thinks MF Global is the only major brokerage who has used their investor’s money illegally on high risk bets they are soon to be in for a rude awaking.

If there are any investors who remain invested with brokerages (commodities or otherwise), they deserve what is coming.

There is a reason the Canadian banks are making profits. It is not good. It is absolutely nefarious. Financial Post: Quoting the last sentence in this article:Despite the positive results, the shares of most of the big banks are trading at or below where they were at the start of the year, reflecting pessimism around the crisis in Europe and the outlook for the Canadian economy.

My question is: “Why would that be? Why would Canadian banks be trading lower when their results have been positive? Why would that be?”

The “Great Financial Coming Apart” may not happen by this Christmas, or New Year’s Day, but it is coming soon. Every day, not preparing, is a day wasted. But to the extent most people do little to prepare for the return of the LORD, which is infinitely more eternally critical then this looming financial storm, it should be no surprise.

In either case, are we going to be one of the ten wise virgins or one of the foolish; are we going to be a survivor or a victim; are we going to be an eagle or an ostrich?
