Ann Barnhardt posted this video, The Boston Speech, a few months ago on her blog, Barnhardt Capital Management, Inc., and in doing so sealed her credibility with me. When introduced to Ms Barnhardt's YouTube videos a few weeks earlier, I realized she was the one person who could possibly wake up Christian America. She certainly got my attention then, and hasn't disappointed me since. I am grateful Ms Barnhardt has re-posted her "Boston Speech" video again today, and once more I have taken the liberty to simply copy her post and past it on to this blog - A Reasoned Report.

I can't know for sure, but I think it is possible that there are now more people looking at this website than watching Keith Olbermann's TV show on Algore's cable channel. Seriously. That's just funny, right there. But hey, we both attended ag schools, so I guess it stands to reason. My degree is in animal husbandry, I think Keith's is in peafowl sexing, or maybe it was guinea-fowl herding. I can't remember. Anyways, now that I have a rather sizeable audience (for however long it lasts), I feel obliged to spread as much essential info as quickly as possible.

The antisemitism is really coming out in the open now, to the point that it is truly scary to behold. It is like 1939 all over again. Most Christians have no idea how they are supposed to relate to the Jews or what the Church actually teaches, because Christianity has descended into a dark night of abject stupidity. Back in May I was invited to fly to Boston and give an address to a synagogue, but liberals in the congregation forced the Rabbi to cancel. So, I just recorded the address here at home and posted it on YouTube. In this 28 minute long speech I explain, in detail, the relationship between Christians and Jews and how governmental structure principles come straight out of the Old Testament which highly informed the Framers of the Constitution.

Just exactly like everyone else on this planet, there are within the Jewish ethnicity very, very good people (Dennis Prager leaps to mind) and very, very bad people (George Soros leading that pack) - and everything in between. No one is good or evil by virtue of their DNA. If a man is not free to choose evil simply because of his DNA, then neither is man free to choose good. And if man is not free to choose, then man has no worth. We are then, all of us, according to this line of thought, nothing more than animated economic units than can be herded and slaughtered without compunction by whomever has the most brute power. George Soros is not evil because he is ethnically Jewish. George Soros is evil because he has consciously and freely chosen to be evil. George Soros is every bit as sovereign in his person and soul as you and me. He is also every bit as eligible for Christ's Mercy as you and me, although it does appear highly unlikely at this point that he will ever avail himself of it - and that is a tragedy.If you're interested, here it is.

The Humanity of Jesus

I hear a lot of emphasis placed on the deity of Jesus, but only lip service when it comes to Jesus living on earth as a man. I hear this even among those who concede Jesus is completely man, and at the same time is completely God. I use the word verb "is" because He not only was both man and God on earth, but He also remains both man and God in Heaven. While on earth Jesus lived in a body of flesh, and now that He has taken His place at the right hand of the Father in Heaven He lives in His new glorified body. His earthly physical body has been glorified the same as all the bodies of every other saint who too has died a physical death on earth and now live in a glorified body in Heaven.

I hear Christians teach that Jesus was able to perform amazing miracles and effectively preach the Kingdom of God because He was God. The effect of taking away the humanity of Jesus is to remove the power of God in our lives. Jesus lived His life, not as God (even though He was God), but as a man teaching and demonstrating the power and authority given to man by God. As He was crucified as a man, He also lived His life exactly as a man. Yet, He did it without ever experiencing sin. Could He have sinned? Absolutely He could have, just the same as any other man. He was tempted to do so in the same way any other man is tempted, but avoided sin the same way it is possible for other men to avoid sin - by studying the scripture, prayer, fasting and obeying the Father.

He performed miracles as a man the same way men perform similar miracles today. Men today do not perform miracles with their own power, but rather through faith in God and the power of God. Jesus' miracles were no different. Again, it was his studying of the scripture, prayer to the Father, fasting, and obeying the Father that gave Him the faith to heal the sick and raise the dead. He went on to tell His disciples they too would do what He did and do even greater miracles than He did.

Yes, the effect of taking away the humanity of Jesus is to remove the power of God in our lives. He did what He did, as a man empowered by God, demonstrating we to as men, when empowered by God, can do the same.

The following is my edited version of Gerald D. Benbow's essay taken from the Is Jesus The "Second Adam"? website. I have provided the link to Mr Benbow's essay because I, for the sake of space, edited away the first half of his writing, but I strongly suggest you read his entire essay. Mr Benbow begins the essay by explaining the relevance in understanding the difference between the "first" Adam, the "second" Adam, and the "last or third" Adam. He also shows the importance in understanding who's blood actually flowed in the "first" Adam's veins, and who's flowed in the "last" Adam's veins.

One note before we get to Mr. Benbow's essay: He did not write about the possibility of Mary being a surrogate mother to the baby Jesus. I couldn't help but think the practicalities of that possibility which in my mind would support his message concerning the way Jesus lived and died as a man. In other words, if the DNA of Mary was included in the DNA of Jesus, simply because it was her ovum that was fertilized by the Holy Spirit, then Jesus would be half man and half God - a hybrid of sorts. On the other hand, if Jesus was actually all man and at the same time all God (two separate natures) He could not be the actually blood son of Mary. I hold that Jesus was called the Son of Man because He was born as a man from a woman (albeit without sin) but with a sinful nature. At the same time He could be called the Son of God because He was the result of a fetus implanted into Mary's womb by the Holy Spirit. Jesus' blood was God's blood, just as the "first" Adam's blood was God's blood. Please read Mr Benbow's entire essay! But I digress.

Because Almighty God is both fair and just, the "Last Adam" would have to be another man. God Himself wouldn't just come to Earth and defeat the Devil. He could, but He wouldn't. Why? Because it was a being of the "human category" who lost the dominion of Earth, and in order to be fair, just, and legal, another being of the "human category" must be the one to recapture the control and dominion of the planet, Earth. To go about it in any other way would not be fair, just, or legal. God gave the dominion of Earth to man, and man willingly turned it over to the Devil, therefore it would require a man to repossess it.

THE SON OF MAN

But from the moment that the Word of God became flesh in the womb of the virgin, Mary, until He physically died on that cross, Jesus lived His entire physical life on Earth as 100% man. Even though Jesus was God during the time he lived here on Earth, He laid all of His deity aside and lived out His entire physical life as a pure 100% man would do, and not as God. Now find Philippians chapter two:

Philippians 2:6-8 "Who (Christ Jesus), being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Him (Himself) the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross."

You see, Jesus came to us as man, not as God. He ate, He slept, He got tired, He showed emotions, He cried, He became angry, etc. He was only in the form of God (Vs. 6). And if you search the scriptures, you will find that He never performed any miracles until after He had been baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost, which is a requirement for man, not God. For the first twenty-nine years of His life He performed no miracles. Why? Because He was a human being and human beings do not perform miracles. Only God Himself or the Spirit of God operating from within and through a yielded human being perform miracles. So we believers must first be filled with the Spirit of God before God will perform any miracles through us.

One of the Church's failures today is its inability to see the humanity of Jesus. All during the time He walked here among us that He consistently referred to Himself as the "Son of Man"? It wasn't until after His resurrection that the Scriptures refer to Him as the "Son of God". Every miracle Jesus Christ ever performed during His physical lifetime, He did so as mere man - - not as God. You say you're having difficulty accepting that? Well, let's go to the Scriptures again, and keep in mind that these Scriptures we're about to read are referring to events which happened on the other side of the cross from where we are today - - - ie. prior to His crucifixion :

John 5:19-20 - "Then answered Jesus and said unto them (the Jews), ‘Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He seeth the Father do: for what things soever He (the Father) doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.'"

John 8:28-29 - "Then said Jesus unto them (the Jews), ‘When ye have lifted up (crucified) the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am He (the Messiah), and that I do nothing of Myself; but as my Father hath taught Me, I speak these things. And He (the Father) that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please Him.'"

Now when Jesus says that He can do nothing of Himself, does that sound like something Almighty God would say?  No! Certainly not! He was speaking as the "Son of Man"- - as a flesh and blood male human being! He was demonstrating to us how we are to listen to the Father for our instructions on a daily basis. Today, on this side of the cross, two thousand or so years after Jesus completed His sacrificial assignment, was resurrected, and sat down at the right hand of God the Father, He says this:

John 15:5 - "I am the vine; ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without (apart from) me you can do nothing".

WHAT ABOUT THE CHURCH ?

Today, as 100% mankind, you and I, the church, find ourselves here on Planet Earth just like Jesus was before He was crucified. And just like Jesus, the Son of man, we can also do nothing of ourselves. Just as the Father was in Jesus, we too must be "in Him" - - "in Christ", washed in His perfect sinless blood. And, just as His physical body was present on Planet Earth before He acquired His glorified spiritual body of flesh and bone when He was resurrected, (see Luke 24:39), we also now find ourselves on Planet Earth prior to receiving our glorified spiritual bodies of flesh and bone when the resurrection of the Church occurs (see 1 John 3:2).

We must also understand that, although Jesus is now seated at the right hand of God, He is also still on the Earth today! What? You didn't know that? Please understand that today, we believers, the Church, are His Body on Earth. Today we are like gloves on the hands of God. Through us, He can work miracles and many other wonderful works. He even imparts to us His very mind. His Love has also been shed abroad in our hearts! And our physical bodies are the Temples of His Spirit.

JESUS CALLS

Today He's still in the business of calling people who will let Him deliver them out of their "Adamic Nature". He's not calling the equipped, He's equipping the called in order to bring it to pass. Through His gift of faith we even have the ability to partake of His divine nature. Just listen to the words of the apostle Peter as the Holy Spirit inspired him to write the following:

2 Peter 1: 3-4: "His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these (great and precious promises) ye might be partakersdivine nature having escaped the corruption (degeneration caused by the Adamic nature) that is in the World through lust."

Jesus really is the Messiah , the Christ, the Son of the living God and it's a blood thing. Through His blood we can now have freedom from sin, sickness, and death. Jesus is the only Truth, the only Life, and the only Way to the Father.

Jesus actually felt every pain on that cross just like you and I would have felt had we been there instead of Him! He died a terrible death and the blood that drained out of His Body - - - God's blood.

The best bet right now is indeed Cain. I'm not excited about Cain, but the RNC hates his guts and will try everything to take him down, so that tells me he is the best bet. It would be pretty cool for America to have its first black president. Oh, and Perry has personal baggage that disqualifies him. I'm very, very glad Perry is toast.

The End of America

I profess to be a born-again Protestant Christian. Pentecostal to be exact. I do this without apology as I have repented of all of my sins and unabashedly confessed Jesus as the LORD of my life. Having said that, I am going to veer away from my Protestantism a bit just long enough to introduce you, the reader of this ARR blog, to an internet program I recently became aware of through  Ann Barnhardt's blog. The program I refer to is called The Vortex, and can be accessed from the website Real Catholic TV.com .

Although my faith in Jesus is grounded in basic Protestant teachings, I have no qualm in referencing 'The Vortex' for all fellow Protestant or Catholic Christians. The Vortex's expresses sound, scriptural, moral commentary seldom articulated more clearly in other circles of Christian publications. Show me a Protestant preacher or teacher who expresses fundamental moral values as well as The Vortex, and I will be happy to include them in this ARR blog.

Daniel Hannan: A Voice of Reason

Daniel Hannan. As described by The Telegraph, he is a writer and journalist, and has been Conservative MEP for South East England since 1999. He speaks French and Spanish and loves Europe, but believes that the European Union is making its constituent nations poorer, less democratic and less free.

Mr. Hannan is obviously a much needed, well-spoken, articulate, voice of conservative and economic reason. America would do well to listen to his warnings.

A journalist and author, Daniel Hannan has been a British member of the European Parliament since 1999. He first came to wide notice in the United States when he made a speech on the floor of the European Parliament addressing the then-prime minister of Great Britain, Gordon Brown, about his disastrous economic policies. Hannan's latest book is A New Road to Serfdom: A Letter of Warning to America A New Road to Serfdom: A Letter of Warning to America.

Amplifying on his new book, Daniel Hannan warns that the United States is Europeanizing, with all the inherent dangers that come with the expansion of the welfare state. "This expansion doesn't just reduce economic growth, it tends to squeeze out personal morality." Hannan, who connects the decline of the European family and society with the rise of cradle-to-grave welfare in Europe, has a special warning about the dangers of Obamacare "Once politicians assume responsibility for health care, they find that they have made an almost irreversible decision." Hannan concludes that this drift to Europeanization is not inevitable if Americans honor the genius of the Founding Fathers.

Allen West For US President??

Recently a debate among Republican candidates was aired on Fox News TV. I'm not sure how many candidates participated -maybe seven or eight - but I have to say none sent a tingle up my leg.

The candidate Michele Bachmann, more so than any of the others, voiced the Tea Party positions. The question is, "Does she have a shot at winning the nomination?"  As of now, it is way to early to tell who the nominee will be. Having said that, and as much as Mrs. Bachmann is liked by the Tea Party as a congresswoman, her ability to actually be a successful Presidential candidate is a big question mark. Vice-President would be a good option for her at this point given her lack of experience as an executive leader.

It seems that no one candidate is able to consistently maintain traction in the poles as the leader of the pack. Given their records and/or accomplishments that does not surprise me. But if on the other hand Sarah Palin were to decide to run, she could very well be the candidate that would generate real enthusiasm among the true conservatives.  Even if she were to eventually win the nomination and the general election, she would, in my mind, still not be the best candidate we conservatives have to offer. Given the huge, if not catastrophic mess our country is in, our next President will have the monumental task of turning this massive ship (the United States of America) around.

I could vigorously support Mrs. Palin, but it is my conviction that we need a man to stand in that position who holds strong conservative political views similar to hers; a man of strong character; a man who has demonstrated great and courageous leadership capabilities. We need a man who can actually stand toe to toe - nose to nose with the likes of Vladimer Putin and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. We need a man who can walk into a room with these men and put the fear of God deep into their hearts.  We need to find a man like that.

The good news is there is such a man. We have no need to look any further than the state of Florida to find such a man, who many think is the best qualified, and has the best shot at being our next President and Commander-in-Chief; a man capable of leading this nation in a successful effort to both end and reverse the political, economic, national defense, and international downward spiral causing America to slide into the abyss of no return.

Unfortunately, to date, this man has yet to be persuaded to throw his hat into the political ring and run for this highest office. But not all is lost; there is currently a nationwide push to convince him to do so. Time is running out.

The man I am talking about is Lt. Col. Allen West, a 22 year United States Armed Forces veteran. As an Army officer, he was deployed on several tours in the war zones of  Iraq and Afghanistan where he commanded large numbers of troops during actual combat missions. Now retired, but not through serving his country, Mr. West is now in his first term as a US Congressman, and he is anything but the typical Washington insider. At the same time, he is more knowledgeable than all other candidates combined (probably all of congress combined) on what many people today consider to be the most serious issue facing America - Islam. Yes, Congressman West has developed a thorough understanding, along with sound solutions, concerning all the major issues now confronting America.

Congressmen West is a Christian man whose faith in God has been and will be his guiding force, a force we desperately need in  Washington DC. All of his military life he has demonstrated the great leadership skills and capabilities required to be a President. He has been a Tea Party favorite from the time the Tea Party began to emerge. 

I have called Congressmen West's office telling them I, like millions of other Americans, want him to run and would enthusiastically support his candidacy should he decide to do so. I also signed the petition now being circulated around the country to draft him into the campaign. I suggest all conservatives do the same.

Congressman West has relatively little money or national name recognition at this point, but that would rapidly change should he agree to run. I urge you, the reader of this ARR blog, to view the following videos. They will give every right thinking viewer a real sense of who this man is and what he he stands for. Following the last video you will find a link to a web site where you too can voice your support. I urge you to do so, just as I urge the congressman to run.
